Privacy Policy

Offer2Go is the provider of the service
Customer is Offer2Go's client using the service
Client is one of the members of the Customer's mailing list.
Maintaining the privacy of customer's information is of paramount importance to Offer2Go. Accordingly, this policy is strictly adhered to. This policy also forms part of the Terms and Conditions Agreement between Offer2Go and its customers, to ensure that customers also comply with the Privacy Policy.
Customer Information
- Offer2Go collects customer's information, including name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, web address, and contact person.
- Offer2Go treats all customer information with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.
- Offer2Go will not provide Customer or Client information to third parties without the Customers or Clients express permission unless such information is required to process transactions or provide services to the customer.
- The only exception to this is where Offer2Go is compelled to provide information by an appropriately empowered governmental authority.
- Offer2Go does not collect or use customer information for the purposes or relate, rent or transfer to anyone, including "junk mail" or "spam" operators, direct marketing companies, telemarketers etc. Credit card details are collected and used by Offer2Go to verify identity of and to bill clients either directly or via their representatives for services rendered.
Ancillary information
- In the course of providing the service, Offer2Go also collects and compiles demographic information and usage data from customers. This is used to better manage and administer the service.
- Additionally, Offer2Go complies and aggregates anonymous demographic and usage information. Such information is collated to supply information to customers about their client's responses to information sent. Whilst IP addresses are logged the users identity is anonymous.
Sending information to customers
- Offer2Go believes it is vital to supply as much resource as possible to customers to help them in their e-marketing ventures. As such we are keen to supply information and help electronically, via customer newsletters.
- As such, Offer2Go adheres strictly to a permission based policy. No information will be sent to clients unless customers "opt-in" to receive this information, and includes an unsubscribe option for customers. Unsubscribe requests will be actioned immediately, and Offer2Go will do everything reasonably possible to ensure that no further communications will be sent to the customer.
Customer's Client Data
- Customer's client information is the exclusive property of the customer. Offer2Go will ensure such data is kept securely, and will neither use any of this data, nor supply such information to any other party. The only exception to this policy is where Offer2Go is compelled to provide information by an appropriately empowered governmental authority.
- Should a customer cancel the Offer2Go service, such data will be erased, on confirmation by the customer.
- Offer2Go may review the content and material contained in a customers email campaigns to ensure it compiles with usage rules outlined in the customer agreement.
- Customer's client data is stored in a mySQL database, securely, behind a firewall. This information is backed up on a daily basis. We do not provide a warranty for data security. Customers must ensure they backup their client data separately from the Offer2Go Site.
Customer transaction security
- Industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology has been implemented throughout the Offer2Go application.
- Information exchanges and transactions, including authentication, passwords, contact lists (uploading and storing online) and billing related data between customers and Offer2Go are strictly protected using this SSL technology.
- This ensures that customer's session is completely private and secure from both external systems and other clients using our service.
Credit card information
- When credit card billing is actioned, information is transferred to Offer2Go's payment processing provider using industry leading secure transmission technology, including SSL and HTTPS.
- The information is encrypted using data encryption technology and stored securely.
Customer's privacy responsibility
- Customers must comply to Offer2Go's permission policy outlined in the customer Supply of Service Agreement. Where possible, the customer's clients should be "opt-in" clients who have requested to receive information from the customer. All emails must have an automatic unsubscribe routine to allow clients to no longer receive information from the customer. The customer will do everything reasonably possible to ensure that no further communications will be sent to the customer.
