One of our customers is happy for us to share with you what they do, and why Offer2Go is an application which they have been waiting for!
Feelgood Imports import Javanese furniture and giftware from Indonesia. They sell most of their products through small giftshops and garden centres. They have literally thousands of items they import - and print a catalogue every quarter of the “current” product range.
One of the biggest issues for them (as with a lot of wholesalers in our experience), is that customers send them order for products they don’t have in stock - and it has to go on back order. What they want to do, obviously, is to sell products they do have in stock.
Now, on a weekly and fortnightly basis - they send out email “offers” with either slow moving lines or new arrivals. They use our order confirmation module to collect the orders, which they then invoice and despatch.
Their orders are higher - and the orders that come in are for items they have in stock.
